Services (Description of Event or Program. GRANTEE shall provide the arts and/or cultural services set forth in GRANTEE's 2021- 22 application for Operating Grants dated March 12, 2021 including the plans, objectives and other terms and conditions contained therein, a copy of which is on file in the Office of Cultural Affairs and which is incorporated herein by reference (collectively referred to as the “Grant Plan”).
