Common use of Services Defined Clause in Contracts

The term “Services” when used in this Agreement means the performance of professional services and include but are not limited to: system analysis, network planning design and installations, preparing hardware/software RFP, system integration, product analysis, research and testing, implementation recommendations, system management, hosting, collocation, and hardware/software maintenance.
