Services Defined. Administrator agrees to perform (i) the Prescription Drug Benefit Services set forth on Exhibit C and (ii) the Mail Order Pharmacy Services set forth on Exhibit D to support the Benefit Plans offered by United, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Pharmacy Plan Specifications and all applicable Laws and Regulations (the “Services”).
