Service Usage Data Sample Clauses

The Service Usage Data clause defines how information generated from a user's interaction with a service is collected, used, and managed by the service provider. Typically, this clause outlines what types of usage data are gathered—such as access logs, feature usage statistics, or performance metrics—and may specify whether this data is anonymized or linked to individual users. Its core practical function is to inform users about data practices, ensure transparency, and address privacy concerns by clarifying the scope and purpose of data collection related to service usage.
Service Usage Data. As between Quantum and Customer, Quantum shall be and remain the sole owner of all service usage data in de-identified form pertaining to usage of the Services.
Service Usage Data. The Provider shall have the right to collect and retain information about the Customer’s and each Authorised User’s usage of the Service (the Service Usage Data). Such Service Usage Data may be used by the Provider and the Provider Parties for the purposes of undertaking a statistical analyses of the Service, for product improvement, for billing and for monitoring the Customer’s and its Authorised Users’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement. The Customer shall promptly and fully respond to all reasonable requests for information by the Provider about the Customer’s usage of the Service in accordance with this clause.
Service Usage Data. We may collect and use query logs, and any data (but not Customer Content) relating to the operation, support and/or use of the Services (“Service Usage Data”) to provide administration services, develop, improve, support, and operate our products and services, or to investigate fraud, abuse or violations of this Agreement.
Service Usage Data. For the sole purpose of providing and improving the Seemly Services, Seemly may collect and use data relating to the usage by Customer and/or Permitted Users of the Seemly Services, including without limitation monitoring and analysing usage and traffic patterns of its websites and Seemly Services. Such usage data: (a) is not Service Data; (b) does not include any personal information about Customer or Permitted Users; and (c) is owned by Seemly.
Service Usage Data. As between Provider and Customer, Provider shall be and remain the sole owner of all data in de-identified form pertaining to usage of the Services.

Related to Service Usage Data

  • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • User Data We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
