Common use of Service Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Service Subscriptions. With the consent of the Bank, the Client may, from time to time, change its feature subscriptions on the Authorized Services form (Schedule A), by replacing the current form with an updated form or new Agreement, as applicable. The Bank shall not be bound by any form unless and until an authorized representative of the Bank has executed such form. For purposes of this Agreement, a “business day” is a day on which Bank is open to the public for carrying on substantially all of its business, other than a Saturday or Sunday.
