The Respondent’s Service Category 3 Cost Proposal Score shall be calculated by the Department using the following formula and used for scoring purposes only: (Sum of Initial Term Hourly Rates for all three Job Titles x 0.6) + (Sum of Renewal Term Hourly Rates for all three Job Titles x 0.4) = Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 3 The Respondent with the lowest Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 3 shall receive 70 points. Other Respondents shall receive points based on the following formula: (X ÷ N) x 70 = Z Where: X = lowest Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 3 of all responses N = Respondent’s Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 3 Z = points awarded
