SEPARATION INTERVIEW. The Human Resources department will arrange a separation interview with a separating employee, subject to cooperation from the employee. This interview is to inform the employee of his/her rights regarding benefits, retirement, and re-hire options.

  • Union Interview The Hospital will endeavour to schedule the time and place of the interview referred to in Article 5.06, within the first four (4) weeks of employment on hospital premises and at a time mutually agreed by the Union. The Hospital will advise the Bargaining Unit President or designate of all employees to be interviewed prior to the interview.

  • Association Interview The Association will be allowed to interview newly employed nurses during the Hospital’s general orientation and, when possible, be notified of the date for the interview at least two (2) weeks in advance.

  • Employee Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to 15 minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representative of the Union and the collective agreement. Such meetings may be arranged collectively or individually for employees by the Hospital as part of the orientation program.

  • Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings.   • Exit Interview Upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee agrees, if requested, to participate in an exit interview with the Company and reaffirm in writing Employee’s post-employment obligations as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Interview Period It is agreed that upon commencement of employment new employees will be advised by a representative of the Hospital of the existence of the Union and the conditions surrounding their employment as contained in the herein collective agreement and any rules that may be formulated under its terms. It is also agreed that a representative of the union will be given an opportunity to interview each employee once within the completing month of his/her probationary period for the purpose of ascertaining the wishes of the employee concerning membership in the Union. Such interview may take place on the day of orientation. The Hospital will notify the Union monthly of the names of those employees who are completing their probationary period and on request will arrange a time and place for such interview that time of which shall not exceed 15 minutes. Neither employee shall suffer loss of regular pay as a result of such interview.

  • Interview Process Interviews will take place over a period of ninety (90) days. The interviews both of bargaining unit employees and of managers will be conducted jointly by Union/Industry members of the Technical Committee (or designates).

  • Consulting Teachers A. A Consulting Teacher is a permanent status unit member who provides assistance to a Participating Teacher and assists Probationary Teachers as a Support Provider as the caseload formula allows. Consulting Teachers shall possess the following qualifications:

  • Consulting Teacher Under the direction of the Principal, the consulting teacher is responsible for the student support program. This means supplementing the instructional and behavioral management program for identified special needs students.

  • EMPLOYEE FILES 10.01 A copy of any completed formal evaluation which is to be placed in an employee’s file shall be first reviewed with the employee. The employee shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add her or his views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in her or his file. It is understood that such evaluations do not constitute disciplinary action by the Employer against the employee. Having provided a written request to the Director of Care, or her designate, an employee shall be entitled to her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Care, at a mutually agreeable time.
