Separation from Service Following a Change in Control. (a) In the event of the occurrence of a Change in Control, the Executive may be separated from service by the Company during the Period of Employment and the Executive shall not be entitled to the benefits provided by Sections 5 and 6 hereof only upon the occurrence of one or more of the following events:
