Separation from Service Following a Change in Control. In the event of the Employee’s separation from service from the Company without Cause or for Good Reason, in each case within Twelve (12) months following a Change in Control, and provided that Employee delivers to the Company the signed Release, and satisfies all conditions to make the Release effective, within sixty (60) days following Employee’s separation from service, then, in addition to the Accrued Compensation, Employee shall be entitled to the benefits as set forth below:
