Common use of Seniority Dates Clause in Contracts

Seniority Dates. All employees at the time of ratification shall be credited with seniority back to original date of hire regardless of employer. Seniority lists shall be reviewed and posted every three (3) months. Such seniority dates shall be subjected to correction for error on proper representation by the Union. Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this agreement.
