Common use of Seller's Use of Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Seller's Use of Aircraft. The Seller will be entitled to use, without compensation to the Buyer or other liability, each Aircraft prior to its Delivery as may be necessary to obtain the certificates required under Clause 2 hereof for the Aircraft, and such use will not affect the Buyer's obligation to accept Delivery of any Aircraft hereunder if:
