Seller’s Instructors. In the event that, at the Buyer’s request, training is provided by the Seller’s instructors at any location other than the Seller’s training centers, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for all the reasonable and necessary expenses related to the assignment of such instructors and their performance of the duties as aforesaid.
