Seller Service Life Policy. In addition to the warranties set forth in Subclause 12.1 above, the Seller further agrees that should a Failure occur in any Item, then, subject to the general conditions and limitations set forth in Subclause 12.2.4 below, the provisions of this Subclause 12.2 will apply.
