Seller Service Life Policy. 12.2.1 In addition to the warranties set forth in Clause 12.1, the Seller further agrees that should a Failure occur in any Item (as these terms are defined herebelow) that has not suffered from an extrinsic force, then, subject to the general conditions and limitations set forth in Clause 12.2.4, the provisions of this Clause 12.2 shall apply. For the purposes of this Clause 12.2:
Seller Service Life Policy. 12.2.1 In addition to the warranties set forth in Clause 12.1, the Seller further agrees that should any item listed in Exhibit “F” ("Item") sustain any breakage or defect which can reasonably be expected to occur on a fleetwide basis, and which materially impairs the utility of the Item ("Failure"), and subject to the general conditions and limitations set forth in Clause 12.2.4, then the provisions of this Clause 12.2 (“Seller Service Life Policy”) shall apply.
