Common use of Self-Performed Work Clause in Contracts

Self-Performed Work. Trade work performed by employees of: (1) the Construction Manager; (2) any entity that is a partner or member of the entity comprising the Construction Manager; (3) any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Construction Manager; or (4) any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with any entity that is part of the Construction Manager. Self-Performed Work is distinguished from trade work performed by Subcontractors unaffiliated with the Construction Manager or the entities of which the Construction Manager is comprised.
