Self-Performed Work Fee Clause Samples

The Self-Performed Work Fee clause defines the compensation a contractor receives for work they complete directly, rather than subcontracting to others. Typically, this fee is calculated as a percentage of the cost of labor, materials, and equipment for the self-performed portion of the project. By specifying how and when the contractor is paid for their own labor and resources, this clause ensures transparency in billing and helps prevent disputes over compensation for self-performed work.
