Common use of Selection of Tenant’s Architect; Construction Drawings Clause in Contracts

Selection of Tenant’s Architect; Construction Drawings. (a) Tenant shall retain an architect/space planner (“Tenant’s Architect”) to prepare the Construction Drawings. Tenant’s Architect shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Tenant shall retain engineering consultants approved by Lxxxxxxx (the “Engineers”), which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life-safety and sprinkler work, if any, in the Premises in connection with the Tenant Improvements. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Txxxxx’s Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known, collectively, as the “Construction Drawings.”

The plans and drawings to be prepared by TxxxxxTenant’s Architect and the Engineers hereunder for each Phase shall be known, collectively, as the “Construction Drawings.”

Tenant's Engineers shall be subject to the written approval of Landlord, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Txxxxx’s Tenant's Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known, collectively, as the “"Construction Drawings.”"
