SELECTION LEAVE. When an employee participates in a personnel selection for a position in the Corporation, the employee is entitled to leave of a with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Corporation considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required. da Where the employee is scheduled to participate in or travel to or from a selection process on his his supervisor who will of rest, the employee will immediately advise subject to operational requirements, reschedule the employee's of rest; or without unduly delaying the selection process, endeavour to have the employee's participation time and/or date rescheduled.
