Security Trustee to Assume Accuracy. With the exception of Recital (D), the Security Trustee assumes no responsibility for the correctness of the recitals to this Deed, which shall be taken as statements of the Issuer, nor shall it, by the execution of this Deed, be deemed to make any representation as to the adequacy, sufficiency, validity or enforceability of this Deed. The Security Trustee shall not be responsible for the scope or accuracy of any representations, warranties or statements of any party (other than the Security Trustee) contained herein or in any other Transaction Document or any other document entered into in connection therewith and may assume the accuracy and correctness thereof and shall not be responsible for the execution, legality, effectiveness, adequacy, genuineness, validity or enforceability or admissibility in evidence of any such document or any trust or security thereby constituted or evidenced.
