Common use of SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FEE AGREEMENT. Upon execution of this lease, Lessee deposits with Owner/Lessor/Management and/or Assigns, a Security Deposit in the amount of $700.00 receipt of which is acknowledged by Lessor, as security for the faithful performance by Lessee of the terms hereof, to be returned to Lessee, without interest, on the full and faithful performance by Lessee of the provisions hereof. Upon the occurrence of any default by Lessee, Lessor may, at Lessor's option, from time to time, without prejudice to any other remedy available to Lessor, use such funds to the extent permitted by law and deemed necessary by Lessor to cure such default and to reimburse Lessor for any damage, injury, expense or liability caused to Lessor by such default, and Lessee shall pay to Lessor on demand the amount so applied in order to restore the Security Deposit to its original amount.
