Secure Bicycle Parking for Employees/Hotel Guests. Developer shall provide secure long-term bicycle storage for employees and for hotel guests in a secure convenient location approved by the Planning Director. This shall have a capacity for a minimum of thirty-one (31) bicycles. For the purpose of this requirement, secure bicycle parking shall mean bicycle lockers, an attended cage, or a secure parking area.
