Sector Plans Reviewed And Considered Independently. Any approval by the City Council of any additional development standards for a Specialized Area, Alternative Development Standards or Listed Minimum Development Standards in connection with an Approved Sector Plan shall be applicable to that Sector Plan only, and shall not be applicable to any other Sector Plan unless specifically so indicated by the City Council.
