Headings and References The headings of this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and neither constitute a part of this Agreement nor affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. When a reference in this Agreement is made to a Section, such reference shall be to a Section of this Agreement unless otherwise indicated.
Headings and Gender Paragraph headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be given no meaning or significance in interpreting this Agreement. All words used herein shall be construed to be of such gender or number as the circumstances require.
Headings and Cross-References The various headings in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement. References in this Agreement to Section names or numbers are to such Sections of this Agreement.
Headings and Interpretation Headings and sub-headings in this Agreement are inserted for reference and convenience only and shall not be deemed part of this Agreement. Wherever the fulfillment of the intent and purpose of this Agreement requires and the context will permit, the use of the masculine gender includes the feminine and use of the singular includes the plural.

Recitals and Schedules References to this Agreement include the recitals and schedules which form part of this Agreement for all purposes. References in this Agreement to the Parties are references respectively to the Parties and their legal personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns.
Incorporation of Recitals and Exhibits The Recitals and each exhibit attached hereto are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
Section Headings and References The section headings are for the convenience of the parties and in no way alter, modify, amend, limit or restrict the contractual obligations of the parties. Any reference in this agreement to a particular section or subsection shall refer to a section or subsection of this Agreement, unless specified otherwise.
Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given such terms in the Agreement.

All personal pronouns used in this Agreement shall include the other genders, whether used in the masculine, feminine or neuter gender, and the singular shall include the plural, and vice versa, whenever and as often as may be appropriate.
