Section 9.4.4. 32 Employees on layoff status shall file their addresses and home phones in writing with the 33 personnel office of the District and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of 34 any change of address and phone.
Section 9.4.4. 41 Any employee who has completed the probationary period shall be entitled to a leave of 42 absence in cases of protracted illness or injury as certified by their physician. Upon application 43 to the District, such leave shall be granted for the period of illness or injury up to one year, up 44 to three (3) years caused by on-the-job injury. On return to work the employee will return to 45 the same or similar position.
