Section 9.13.1. To provide continuity and safety for students, and employees who are employed to fill a 34 position with multiple paraeducator assignments (such as classroom, crossing guard, 35 playground duty, etc.) may not resign an individual assignment of the position unless 36 mutually agreed by the District and the Association,

Section 9.13.1. 2 Employees shall be able to cash out accrued sick leave in accordance with 3 RCW 28A.400.210.
