Common use of Section 8.2. Vacations Clause in Contracts

Section 8.2. Vacations. 45 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be credited with hours of vacation credit based on hours 46 worked during the period September 1 through August 31. Such vacation credit shall be earned, 47 vested, and used as designated in this Article.

Section 8.2. Vacations. 45 30 All employees subject to this Agreement agreement shall be credited with hours of vacation credit credit, based on hours 46 worked 31 worked, up to forty (40) hours per week during the period September July 1 through August 31to June 30. No vacation credit 32 allowed for overtime or premium hours. Such vacation credit shall be earned, 47 vested, and used as 33 designated in this Articlearticle.
