Common use of Section 7.9.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.9.2. 7 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day, after having accumulated forty (40) hours, 8 shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay. All 9 hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day in excess of the employee’s normal eight (8) 10 hour shift shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base pay.

Section 7.9.2. 7 1 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day, after having accumulated forty (40) hours, 8 day shall be compensated at the rate of one and 2 one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay. All 9 hours worked on the sixth pay if this exceeds forty (6th40) consecutive day in excess of the employee’s normal eight (8) 10 hour shift shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base payhours.

Section 7.9.2. 7 12 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day, after having accumulated forty (40) hours, 8 shall 13 be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's ’s base pay. All 9 hours worked 14 on the sixth (6th) consecutive day in excess of the employee’s normal eight (8) 10 hour shift shall be 15 compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base pay.

Section 7.9.2. 7 36 All hours worked on the sixth fifth (6th5th) consecutive day, after having accumulated forty (40) hours, 8 day by employees assigned an alternative 37 workweek shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½1-1/2) times the employee's ’s base 38 pay. All 9 hours worked on the sixth fifth (6th5th) consecutive day in excess of the employee’s normal eight (8) 10 hour shift hours and in excess 39 of forty (40) hours shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base pay.. 40
