Section 7.9.2. 7 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day, after having accumulated forty (40) hours, 8 shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay. All 9 hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day in excess of the employee’s normal eight (8) 10 hour shift shall be compensated at a rate twice the employee’s base pay.

Section 7.9.2. All hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day shall be compensated at the rate of 18 one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular hourly rate. Any bus driver driving extra trips and 19 going over the eight (8) hour day would not receive overtime rates. Any part-time employee going over 20 the eight (8) hour day would not receive overtime rates unless they go over forty (40) hours in the week.

Section 7.9.2. 26 Call back outside the normal working hours will be for a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the 27 appropriate rate as defined in this Agreement. Section 7.9.2. 6 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) consecutive workday shall receive no less 7 than two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate. Employees who are called back after hours will 8 be paid a minimum of two (2) hour’s pay at the applicable rate for the respective time period.
Section 7.9.2. 44 Consistent with the parties practice in assignment of extra bus trips, such trips will be assigned 45 on the basis of seniority, except in cases where the trip is of such a duration the District would be 46 obligated to pay overtime. If all eligible extra trip drivers have worked forty (40) hours in a 47 week, all additional work shall be assigned on the basis of seniority.
Section 7.9.2. 36 When more than one (1) van is needed to transport students to the same event, one (1) of the 37 vans will be driven by a current bargaining unit driver. 38 39 Section 7.10. Trip Compensation. 40 41 A. Overnight trips: 42 43 Drivers will receive regular pay for actual duty hours worked with overtime pay for duty hours 44 exceeding forty (40) hours per week. Duty hours include drive time and standby time at the 45 event. Standby time is the time that a driver is expected to be available as determined by the 46 person(s) in charge of the trip. This does not include sleep time before or after the end of the 47 day that the driver is informed that they are off duty.
