Common use of Section 7.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.1. 10 The workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 11 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 12 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 13 days of rest. 14

Section 7.1. 10 18 The workweek shall consist of any five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by two (2) 11 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 12 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 13 days of 19 rest. 14.

Section 7.1. 10 13 The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, days Monday through Friday, followed by two 14 (2) 11 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 12 15 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 13 days 16 of rest. 14The District will meet with the Association before implementing changes in schedules.
