Section 25.5. 33 The District shall allow $900 each year for classified employee professional development for 34 employees covered by this agreement. The superintendent shall approve guidelines for the use of the 35 funds and a procedure for accessing the funds. A joint committee, consisting of the transportation 36 supervisor and three representatives from the Union, shall submit recommendations for the use of the 37 funds to the superintendent for final approval. 38

The District shall retain the right to 31 maintain efficiency of the District operation by determining the methods, means, and the personnel by 32 which such operation is conducted.
