Section 12.7.2. An employee on layoff status who rejects an offer of re-employment forfeits seniority and all 17 other accrued benefits; provided, that such employee is offered a position substantially equal to 18 that held prior to layoff. If the position proves unsatisfactory within thirty (30) workdays to the 19 employee, or the supervisor determines the employee incapable of performing the job, the 20 employee or supervisor may request the employee be placed back on the re-employment list.
