Section 12.7.2. 19 Exclusive representation for a grievant shall be through the Union, except for an employee who 20 may elect self-representation.
Section 12.7.2. 43 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority rights while 44 on leave of absence. However, vacation credits and sick leave shall not accrue while the 45 employee is on leave of absence.
Section 12.7.2. 30 The District shall reimburse to a maximum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to employees per 31 school year for replacement of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed 32 by a malicious act during the course of his/her assigned working hours plus all medical, 33 surgical or hospital service incurred as the result of any injury sustained in the course of his/her 34 assigned working hours.

Section 12.7.2. 16 An employee on layoff status who rejects an offer of re-employment forfeits seniority and all 17 other accrued benefits; provided, that such employee is offered a position substantially equal to 18 that held prior to layoff. If the position proves unsatisfactory within thirty (30) workdays to the 19 employee, or the supervisor determines the employee incapable of performing the job, the 20 employee or supervisor may request the employee be placed back on the re-employment list.
Section 12.7.2. 2 Extra trips will be offered to drivers on a seniority basis using a rotational system. The first trip 3 will be offered to the most senior driver, the second trip to the second most senior driver, etc.,
