Section 12.7.5. 31 If a formal grievance is not filed within thirty (30) Tacoma School District business days of the 32 act or when the employee could have reasonably known of the condition on which the grievance 33 is based, then the grievance shall be waived. 34
Section 12.7.5. 20 It is mutually agreed that employees will give the District written notice of intent to terminate 21 employment at least two (2) weeks in advance of leaving, and the District will make every 22 effort to notify employees notice of intent to layoff an employee by no later than June 15, or 23 within ten (10) workdays after a second levy failure.
Section 12.7.5. 2 No extra trip will be assigned to a substitute unless no regular driver has signed up for or has 3 accepted the trip after reasonable notice and solicitation efforts have been expended. The 4 District retains the right in unusual circumstances to not offer an extra trip to such senior driver 5 subject to the grievance procedure herein.
