Section 125 Premium. The Board will offer a Section 125 Premium Only Flexible Medical Benefits Plan for all eligible employees. Tax sheltering of the individual's contribution for health costs, unreimbursed medical expenses and dependent coverage will be provided, under IRS Section 125.
