Pants. Jeans are acceptable as long as they are clean and in good repair (PPE). • Shorts may be worn as long as they do not hang more than a hand width above the knee. o Employees who wear shorts and are engaged in hazardous activities (specifically using water with a temperature above 110º, cooking where grease is spattering) must wear personal protective equipment.
Pants. The Employer shall reimburse employees at each of the facilities up to the following amounts per calendar year (January-December) for pants. The Employer will only provide reimbursement for pants that comply with the brand, style, and color pre-approved by the Employer. Employees may submit receipts for reimbursement for individual pants, for up to thirty-two dollars ($32) with the following yearly maximums. Pants. Employees will wear scrub pants, scrub skirts (mid calf length), dress pants, dress skirt (mid calf length), or capri pants (mid calf length) in solid xxxxx, xxx, black, xxxxx, xxxx or khaki (e.g. Chino style). Pants will be bright, non-faded and plain leg. No pockets, ties, or buttons are allowed on leg of pants, with the exception of scrub pants which may have pockets. No denim, knit or corduroy material, or five pocket jeans are allowed.

Pants. Uniform pants consist of black pants or blue jeans. Mid-calve capris are allowed. Pants should be a loose style and made of woven material, not stretch or knit. Leggings or stretch pants are not acceptable. Jeans may NOT have any holes, rips, tears, loose threads, or embellishments. Clothing will be clean, free from stains, and wrinkle free.
Pants full-length pants are required.
