Common use of Section 11.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 11.2.3. 41 Employees enrolled as apprentices shall receive their regular rate of pay as specified on 42 Schedule A. Upon successful completion of apprenticeship standards and recognition by the 43 WPSCEJATC of journey status, the journey person shall receive an additional pay as indicated 44 in the attached salary schedule to the collective bargaining agreement.
