Secondments. 11.12.1 An employee shall be granted part or full-time release for secondment, for a period not exceeding one (1) year, with the possibility of an extension for a further period not to exceed one (1) year. This release shall be subject to the reasonable and bona fide curriculum and scheduling requirements of the Employer.
