Second Related Move. If a suitable residence is not available at time of transfer, an employee may rent temporary premises for up to one year. Under these circumstances, Xxxxx Power will reimburse the employee for costs incurred in accordance with all Sections of this Agreement for either one of the two moves. For the other move, only costs of transportation, moving household effects, and legal fees incurred will be paid.
