SECOND EMPLOYEE Clause Samples

SECOND EMPLOYEE. When the assignment of temporary hazard work is required of an Employee, a second (2nd) Employee shall be assigned to work with the Employee or in close proximity as practicable so that assistance can be provided in the event of an accident or emergency.
SECOND EMPLOYEE. If an employee is assigned a workweek, which includes Saturday or Sunday, the Employer shall commit to having a second (2nd) Kitsap Transit employee in the facility also working the same day for reasons of safety.
SECOND EMPLOYEE. A minimum of two hours overtime pay will also be authorized for a second employee to accompany the duty officer when the duty officer would otherwise be required to be alone in the agency. The second employee will not be required to carry a cell phone and would only receive overtime pay upon the request for assistance by the primary duty officer.
