Seating Position. a) Seating The Music Director shall have the right to determine the seating position of every player in the Orchestra. He may consult with the relevant Principal Musician, but the final decision is his. Decisions with respect to seating are not grievable. Seating assignments shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the first rehearsal of any program.
