Scope of the Protection. The protection measures outlined in this article shall not apply in the case of attacks such as SQL injection, brute-force, abuse of security vulnerabilities, or attacks of a similar nature to the latter. In such cases, the Infrastructures and the Service may be temporarily suspended and unavailable.
