Common use of Scope of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Agreement. 2.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement on and from 0600 hours on the Start Date, the Sellers shall sell and make available for delivery, Sales Gas at the Delivery Point and the Buyer shall purchase Sales Gas at the Delivery Point and pay for, or pay for if not taken, in the quantities and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.
