Common use of Scope of Powers Clause in Contracts

Scope of Powers. The Trustee has whatever powers are required to discharge its obligations and exercise its rights under this Trust Agreement, without being limited by any state statute or rule of law regarding investments by trustees, including the powers specified in the following sections of this Article, and the powers and authority granted to the Trustee under other provisions of this Trust Agreement. The enumeration of any power herein will not be by way of limitation, but will be cumulative and construed as full and complete power in favor of the Trustee.
