Common use of Scope of Memorandum of Understanding Clause in Contracts

Scope of Memorandum of Understanding. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this Memorandum of Understanding fully and completely incorporates the understanding of the parties hereto and constitutes the sole and entire understanding between the parties on any and all matters contained herein; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prohibit the parties from changing the terms of this Memorandum by mutual agreement. This Memorandum of Understanding shall supersede all existing memoranda of understanding between the City and the Association.
