School Year. Teachers shall not be required to work any days preceding the official start of the school year for students except in years where 194 school days are not available between Labour Day and June 30. No Teacher shall be required to work before the start of the school year for pupils unless this day is designated by the Board/ETFO joint committee as one of the 194 school days.
