School Improvement. A. The parties agree that committee decision-making at the building and district level is essential to any school improvement process. Site-based decision-making shall be a recognized process for change, school improvement and improvement in the quality of work life. B. Committees will assume responsibility for the dissemination of information regarding their activities to the affected parties and for the purpose of seeking representative input.
