School Calendar; Hours of Operation. The days and hours of operation of the School shall not be materially less than those set forth in the Application unless previously approved in writing by the Institute; but in no case shall fall below the minimum number of days and hours set forth in law. For purposes of this Section, “material” is defined as a 10% reduction in time.
