Scheduling of Tacoma Power Make-Ready Work. In performing all Tacoma Power Make-Ready Work, to accommodate Licensee’s Attachments, Licensee will endeavor to include such work in its normal work schedule. If Licensee requests that the Tacoma Power Make-Ready Work be performed on a priority basis or outside of Tacoma Power’s normal work hours, Licensee will pay any resulting increased costs. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require Tacoma Power to perform Licensee’s work before other scheduled work or Tacoma Power service restoration.
