Scheduling Changes. i) A) Barring unforeseen circumstances an employee requesting an exchange of posted time will submit the request in writing and co-signed by the employee willing to exchange shifts at least two (2) days in advance of the requested change. Any change, when initiated by the employee, shall, before implementation, require the prior written approval of the appropriate Director/Manager/Delegate. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
