Common use of Scheduling Change Clause in Contracts

Scheduling Change. An employee may request a change to their vacation schedule which will be agreed to by mutual consent. The Company may request a voluntary change in an employee's vacation schedule based on operational requirements. The Company reserves the right to impose such changes if necessary, but will make every effort to first exhaust all other alternatives, including a consideration of the financial impact to an employee of any such change.
